THE BANK OF ENGLAND (Aa2/AA (Frankfurt: A116XA - news) /AA) has mandated Barclays (LSE: BARC.L - news) , BNP (Paris: FR0000131104 - news) Paribas, Citi and J.P. Morgan (Other OTC: MGHL - news) as Joint Lead Managers for a 3-year US dollar Benchmark Reg S/144A transaction. The issue is expected to be launched in the coming weeks subject to market conditions.
