THE BANK OF ENGLAND (Aa2/AA (Frankfurt: A116XA - news) /AA) has mandated Barclays (LSE: BARC.L - news) , BNP (Paris: FR0000131104 - news) Paribas, Citi and J.P. Morgan (Other OTC: MGHL - news) as Joint Lead Managers for a 3-year US dollar Benchmark Reg S/144A transaction. The issue is expected to be launched in the coming weeks subject to market conditions. Fees total 10ct. CAC (ICMA Aug 2014). The manufacturer target markets (MIFID II product governance) are retail, eligible and professional counterparties (all distribution channels).
