Bank of Ireland names leads for 7yr euro benchmark covered

LONDON, March 6 (IFR) - Bank of Ireland Mortgage Bank (Ticker: BKIR) has mandated Barclays (LSE: BARC.L - news) , Credit Suisse (IOB: 0QP5.IL - news) , Deutsche Bank, SG CIB and UniCredit (EUREX: DE000A163206.EX - news) to lead manage its upcoming RegS (Bearer) EUR denominated fixed rate benchmark covered bond transaction with a 7-year maturity, backed by Irish residential mortgage loans. The deal is expected to be rated Aaa/AAA by Moody’s/DBRS, and is expected to launch in the near future subject to market conditions. Relevant stabilisation regulations apply, including FCA/ICMA.
