This isn’t child’s play. Here are three common errors to avoid.

The Crucifix

Lets his arms drift miles from his body, shortening the rope and catching his feet. Keep your arms pressed tight at your sides.

The Dolphin Trainer

Kicks his feet out in front of his body, compromising his rhythm. Jump directly upward, keeping your feet under your hips.

Mr Angry

Launches his rope across the floor after failing at a double-under. Trip up? Take a breath and start again. Perform more singles to get your cadence back.
