A Bezant Resources Plc (LON:BZT) insider increased their holdings by 67% last year

Looking at Bezant Resources Plc's (LON:BZT ) insider transactions over the last year, we can see that insiders were net buyers. That is, there were more number of shares purchased by insiders than there were sold.

Insider Ownership

I like to look at how many shares insiders own in a company, to help inform my view of how aligned they are with insiders. Usually, the higher the insider ownership, the more likely it is that insiders will be incentivised to build the company for the long term. Insiders own 9.4% of Bezant Resources shares, worth about UK£683k, according to our data. We do note, however, it is possible insiders have an indirect interest through a private company or other corporate structure.
