This Biscoff Cake From Asda Looks So Delicious We Could Cry

Lotus Biscoff-flavoured anything is all we want to eat these days. Biscoff biscuits, Biscoff spread, Biscoff cheesecake, Biscoff cake, and the list goes on.

So when we saw that Asda was selling a Biscoff-inspired celebration cake, we nearly passed out with excitement.

The Caramelised Biscuit Cake (aka, Biscoff) is on sale at Asda stores, and it looks so dreamy we could cry. The cake, which serves 16, is made up of a Biscoff-flavoured sponge, a creamy icing that’s drizzled with Biscoff sauce and crushed Biscoff biscuits.

The cake, which is perfect for a birthday or any celebration, tbh, will set you back £13.

If you prefer your Biscoff cakes on the smaller side, how about whipping up one of these Biscoff cake jars that are taking over Instagram.

Made using Lotus Biscoff spread, Biscoff biscuits – some turned into crumbs for a final flourish on top – these cake jars look so decadent you almost don’t want to smash into them with your spoon. Almost…

The best way to make them is to bake a cake like you would usually in a cake tin. You can go for a vanilla sponge, chocolate or even Biscoff if you really want to drive the Biscoff point home. Then once your cake has cooked and cooled, layer a nice-looking jar with pieces of your cake, buttercream or whipped cream, broken up Biscoff biscuits, Biscoff spread, and anything else you fancy really.
