Bitfinex launches a loyalty program, offering users to earn ‘unlimited’ commissions

Cryptocurrency exchange Bitfinex has just launched a new loyalty program, claiming to offer users an opportunity to earn “unlimited” commissions.

The program, dubbed “Bitfinex Affiliate Program,” is a tiered commission structure, which allows participants to refer their social network and earn a commission up to 3 degrees of connection, according to a press release shared with The Block on Thursday.

“When affiliates and their referrals meet certain requirements, such as verifying an account and/or accumulating holdings of at least 500 Tethers (USDt) worth of UNUS SED LEO tokens, affiliates will also be entitled to multipliers of up to 2.16x on their commission,” said Bitfinex.

The exchange further said that clients that sign up to the program can earn fees of over 38% from a commission structure, and those that sign up via a referral code will get a rebate fee of 6%.

“We strive to provide our clients with the most engaging and social trading experience,” said Bitfinex CTO Paolo Ardoino. He added that the program will help grow the cryptocurrency community even further.
