Bodies of 2 teenage girls found at foot of Toa Payoh HDB block: reports
SINGAPORE — Two teenage girls, aged 15 and 16, were found dead at the foot of a HDB block in Toa Payoh on Saturday (3 April) night.
According to local media reports, the girls were found at Block 143 Lorong 2 Toa Payoh and were pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics. TODAYonline said that the incident took place at around 10pm and that the girls had fallen from the 26th floor.
Various Chinese-language media outlets said that the girls' had known one another and were found wearing similar bracelets. They also reported that a middle-aged couple was seen at the scene being accompanied by police officers.
The police do not suspect foul play in the case and investigations into the incident are ongoing.
