Gin is the ideal drink for the summer. Whether you enjoy a G&T in the garden or a gin cocktail on a Friday night, it's always a treat.

Given holidays abroad won't be on the agenda for most this Summer, we're constantly looking for drinks that will make us feel like we're away on a sunny shore. The good news for gin lovers is that Italian distiller, Bottega, is launching its ever-so-popular Gin Bacûr in the UK for the first time. With a botanical taste that's sure to remind you of the Mediterranean, the gin is also so pretty to look at, coming in a mirrored copper glass bottle.

If you're looking for a drink that will transport you from your garden to sunny Italy, look no further than this beautiful bottle. Flavour-wise, expect botanicals that will delight the senses. Bottega says the gin is made with "water from the Alps and the finest Italian botanicals; juniper from Tuscany; sage from Triveneto, alongside Sicilian lemon zest, that all come together to create the gin’s aromatic flavour and character. Smooth and balanced, it delicately warms the palate."

Bottega's Gin is now available in the UK from Legacy Brand Store. It costs £26 for a 50cl bottle or £33 for a 70cl bottle.
