Bovis Homes, Galliford restart talks to combine housing units

Sept 10 (Reuters) - Britain's Galliford Try Plc said on Tuesday that it and housebuilder Bovis Homes Group Plc had restarted preliminary talks to combine their housing businesses.

If a deal goes through, it would value the businesses at about 1.08 billion pounds ($1.33 billion), the companies said, adding that a potential deal does not relate to a merger of the two companies.
