BP brings Rotterdam oil refinery maintenance forward to May - traders
LONDON, May 17 (Reuters) -
* BP has brought forward a planned turnaround on the 200,000 barrel per day crude unit (CDU3) at its Rotterdam, Netherlands, oil refinery to May, traders said.
* The shutdown was originally planned for October.
* The unit was taken offline on May 16, industry monitor Genscape said.
* The maintenance on the CDU, along with a 29,000 bpd reformer and other units, is expected to last for 4-6 weeks, traders said.
* BP declined to comment.
