Britain's IWG confirms evaluating possible Terra Firma bid

LONDON, June 23 (Reuters) - British serviced office provider IWG (LSE: IWG.L - news) said on Saturday (Shenzhen: 002291.SZ - news) that it is evaluating a possible cash offer for the company from private equity firm Terra Firma.

"The board is evaluating the Terra Firma offer with its financial advisers and shareholders will be updated in due course," IWG, owner of Regus (Other OTC: RGSJF - news) , said in a statement confirming a Reuters report on Friday..
