Britain's Rough gas storage site in outage-Centrica
(Adds detail on reduced injection capacity, duration)
LONDON, June 26 (Reuters) - Britain's Rough gas storage site has an unplanned outage due to a compressor issue, operator Centrica Storage Ltd said on Friday.
The outage started at 1041 local time (0941 GMT) and was expected to end at 1800 local time. The outage reduced injection capacity by 5 million cubic metres a day.
Centrica (LSE: CNA.L - news) said there is one compressor and one train operating as normal at the site.
"The second train is available but the site is experiencing issues relating to the start-up sequence of the second compressor," it added. (Reporting by Nina Chestney and Sarah McFarlane; Editing by Greg Mahlich)
