** Online gambling co 888 Holdings up 7.7% at 11-yr high after company recommends 'one-off' dividend of 10.5 cents/shr

** Co recommends a final dividend of 5.1 cents/share along with one-off 10.5 cents/share bringing total dividend to 19.4 cents (co announced interim dividend of 3.8 cents in August)

** 2016 one-off dividend, co's fifth in five years, higher than additional one-off dividend of 8 cents paid last year

** Co says pretax profit rose to $59.2 million from $32.5 million a year ago; total group revenue increases 13 pct to $520.8 million
