BUZZ-ArcelorMittal bounces on BofA-ML upgrade

** ArcelorMittal (Other OTC: AMSYF - news) shares gain as much as 2.7 percent intra-day and break higher to their highest in 4 months after Bank of America Merrill Lynch upgrades the stock to "buy".

** Stock top performer on the STOXX 600 European Basic Resources Index and recovering from a 16.2% slide this year.

** Merrill Lynch says it the outlook for margins has improved as steel prices bottom out and headwinds from iron ore prices fade.
