BUZZ-Berkeley and Worldpay rise after MSCI addition

** Berkeley and Worldpay both rise 4.6 pct after being added to MSCI's indices at its February rebalance

** Exane estimates £315 mln implied demand in Berkeley (12x average daily volume) and £234 mln in Worldpay (11x ADV)

** Genmab (Other OTC: GMXAY - news) also a new addition, but broker says stock has already seen buying pressure given the near-certainty of its inclusion

** Amec Foster Wheeler (Other OTC: AMCBF - news) and BMPS both deletions, though with much smaller implied selling pressure than the additions
