Sept 2 (Reuters) - ** Britain's biggest telecoms provider BT Group (Other OTC: BTGOF - news) down 2 pct after JPMorgan (LSE: JPIU.L - news) cuts to "neutral" from "overweight"

** Brokerage says company faces a large number of headwinds, including infrastructure competition, convergence and regulation in the coming 12-18 months

** JP Morgan cut PT to 440p from 490p; median PT 500p

** BT second-top loser on Stoxx 600 Telecoms Index, and among top fallers on FTSE 100
