** FY pre-tax profits £254.7 mln v around £252 mln expected

** 100p/shr special dividend per share also better-than-expected

** Liberum says results positive but stock will need to beat consensus estimate of 143p EPS in 2016 for the stock to move higher, given its rich valuation (20x P/E and 12.5x EV/EBITDA)
