** "That sounds very detailed and concrete. It (Other OTC: ITGL - news) seems to be in the bag already," a local trader says, adding he would put the likelihood of a deal going through at 75 pct

** Shares (Berlin: DI6.BE - news) in LSE gain 19 pct, heading for their biggest one-day gain in 10 yrs

** Deutsche Boerse jumps almost 8 pct, which would be its best day in almost 4 yrs
