** Priced at bottom of 200-300 pence range in London IPO
** Bookrunner Morgan Stanley said it may stabilise the offer to prevent a fall in DP Eurasia's price below the initial offered price
** Offer comprised 74.1 mln shares equating to an offer size of approximately 148 mln pounds ($190 mln), representing 51% of DP Eurasia's share capital
