BUZZ-FirstGroup: Hits record low as RBC downgrades after warning

** Transport company FirstGroup (LSE: FGP.L - news) 's shares fall as much as 3.4 pct, bottom of the Stoxx 600, after RBC cuts rating on co to "underperform", cuts PT to 85p from 110p

** Shares (Berlin: DI6.BE - news) hit a record low, with more than a third of their 30-day avg vols gone through in the first half-hour of trade

** RBC (Other OTC: RBCI - news) says challenges to delivering on profit goals increase following Thursday's warning, saying "We find reduced investor confidence these goals will be met, and thus that cash can be generated and dividend restored"

** JPMorgan say "A challenging trading environment in Q3 leads to -3 pct/-2 pct FY16E/17E operating profit reductions", cuts PT to 153p from 168p
