BUZZ-FirstGroup: reassuring update stems share price fall

** FirstGroup (LSE: FGP.L - news) bounces off all-time low hit Tues & enjoys biggest one-day pct rise since Jan

** Posts in-line Q4 update even in face of adverse weather in US & impact on Greyhound from cheaper fuel

** Co saw its shares decline 14 pct last yr (vs 2 pct drop from rival Stagecoach ) when it missed out on a no. of GB rail contracts

** But recently secured contract (retention) to run train services in western England until April 2019
