BUZZ-Indonesia's Berau Coal jumps on major shareholder's rights issue plan

JAKARTA, Feb 10 (Reuters) - ** Shares (Berlin: DI6.BE - news) of Indonesian coal miner PT Berau Coal Energy Tbk jump as much as 12 pct on Tuesday, its highest in a month

** Asia Resource Minerals Plc (LSE: ARMS.L - news) (ARMS), which controls 84.7 pct of Berau, said it would raise $100 mln through a share issue at 25 pence each

** ARMS will also talk with bondholders of Berau's notes due in 2015 and 2017 to agree on maturity extension ($1 = 12,640 rupiah) (fransiska.nangoy.thomsonreuters.com@reuters.net)
