BUZZ-International Personal Finance: Polish regulator clears co of fine

** Consumer credit provider International Personal Finance (LSE: IPF.L - news) Plc's shares rise nearly 8 percent after the Polish Office of Consumer Protection and Competition's (UOKiK) clears co of any fine on account of its review into the calculation of fees for its loan products

** Shares (Berlin: DI6.BE - news) at 6-month high

** Numis raises IPF's rating to "add" from "buy", increases target price to 646 pence from 583 pence

** Says its Polish division on track to introduce new product and fee structure for new contracts by Aug. 1 which would include fixed fees required by UOKiK
