BUZZ-Louisiana Sabine Pass LNG deliveries miss record in August due Harvey

Sept 5 (Reuters) - Cheniere Energy (Frankfurt: 580884 - news) 's Sabine Pass LNG export terminal in Louisiana was on track to deliver a monthly record amount of gas in August before high water levels from Hurricane Harvey stopped deliveries, Reuters data showed:

* The 13 (Berlin: 32635652.BE - news) tankers taking cargoes through Aug. 24, when the last ship left Sabine, were capable of carrying about 44.8 bcf of gas worth about $133.2 million.

* That was more than the terminal shipped during the same period in May when 18 tankers carried a monthly record 59.5 bcf of gas worth about $192 million

* A fourth 0.65-bcfd liquefaction train at Sabine entered service in late July
