BUZZ-Louisiana Sabine Pass LNG deliveries rise in April over March

May 1 (Reuters) - Cheniere Energy (Frankfurt: 580884 - news) 's Sabine Pass LNG export terminal in Louisiana likely delivered more gas in April than March, but less than the record highs set in January and February, according to Reuters and federal energy data:

* The 14 tankers taking cargoes in April were capable of carrying 47.2 bcf worth about $138 million based on average fuel prices at the Henry Hub benchmark during the month

* That topped the 43.3-bcf capacity of the 13 tankers taking cargoes in March worth about $128 million, but fell short of the 52-bcf record high delivered in both January and February (Reporting by Scott DiSavino)
