BUZZ-Media stocks: TV usage decline, losing ad share to hit broadcasters, says BAML

** Bank of America Merrill Lynch is turning bearish on European TV networks

** BAML says key drivers are quicker linear TV decline, TV losing ad share and broadcasters increasing investments in online and diversification

** The broker adds TV consumption is declining by 8 pct YoY among "digital natives", who by 2020 will represent around 50 pct of labour force, making them direct target of ads

** BAML adds that UK and Germany are forefront of the disruption, downgrades ITV (-5.1 pct), ProSiebenSat 1 (-5.4 pct) and RTL (-5.7 pct) to "underperform"

** The rating of Mediaset (-2.8 pct), Mediaset Espana (-3.8 pct) and Atresmedia (-5.2 pct) is also cut to "underperform"; TF1 (-4.8 pct) is cut to "neutral"
