** Silicon reclaim supplier Pure Wafer (LSE: PUR.L - news) reaches satisfactory settlement terms relating to its insurance claim following Dec (Shanghai: 600875.SS - news) 2014 fire at Swansea premises

** Co proposes not to reinstate Swansea facility & to return surplus funds to shareholders; co guidance is that this will be "significantly higher" than 59.59p but unlikely to be more than 125p per share

** Stock up 81.6 pct, adding $20.3 mln to its market value, in trading volume more than 3x 90-day daily avg after c.30 mins

** Best day for stock since Sept. 2009
