BUZZ-Rightmove: retreats from record as Goldman downgrades

** Rightmove (LSE: RMV.L - news) 2nd top UK mid-cap faller, down 2.5 pct & falling back from all-time high hit recently, as Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS-PB - news) cuts rating on stock to "neutral", removes from pan-Europe Conviction Buy list after a strong run

** Stock 7th top FTSE 250 performer YTD, up 33 pct (until Monday's close)

** Broker still sees Rightmove as strongly positioned co exposed indirectly to an improving UK housing market, but says this is reflected in valuation (20.5x/17.5x 2015E/16E EV/EBITDA)

** Analysts have said new entrant OnTheMarket.com ironically a plus for Rightmove as it undermined strength of Rightmove's biggest rival Zoopla (RM (LSE: RM.L - news) : tricia.wright1.thomsonreuters.com@reuters.net)
