BUZZ-Sky: rises on hopes of Comcast, Verizon deal for Fox's stake

** Sky (Frankfurt: 893517 - news) rises 2.8 pct after Comcast (Swiss: CMCSA.SW - news) and Verizon (NYSE: VZ - news) expressed an interest in acquiring Twenty-First (Shanghai: 603806.SS - news) Century Fox's 39 pct stake in the UK broadcaster

** Broker Liberum says reports seem credible; expects if Comcast bids it is likely to want 100 pct control of Sky, meaning a full bid would occur

** Adds news also demonstrates Fox's stake is still seen as a valuable asset by a number of outside parties
