BUZZ-SOMO exports Iraqi Kirkuk oil for 1st time since 2015

Sept 21 (Reuters) - * Oil major BP is set to load 600,000 barrels of Iraqi Kirkuk at the end of September, industry sources said. It will be the first on behalf of state marketer SOMO since mid-2015.

* SOMO nominated the cargo for BP as equity production payment, the sources said.

* Another industry source familiar with the matter said Turkey's Tupras was expected take around 250,000 barrels of the crude.

* The Kurdistan Regional Government handled Kirkuk exports until flows were stopped by the central Iraqi government in March to cut a new revenue-sharing deal.

* Baghdad and Erbil agreed in August to split 50/50 revenues of Kirkuk oil until the year end starting in September.
