BUZZ-Stada: Seen up on reported strategic review

** Shares (Berlin: DI6.BE - news) in Stada are up 3.5 pct at the top of the MDAX index in pre-market trade at Lang & Schwarz on a report that it has started working with financial advisers to weigh its strategic options

** Financial blog Betaville cites two sources as saying Stada is working with Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS-PB - news) bankers after receiving informal expressions of interest from possible buyers

** Stada has been under pressure from activist investors. Active Ownership Capital (Other OTC: CGHC - news) pushed for the removal of Stada's supervisory board chairman, and Guy Wyser-Pratte has said that buyout firm CVC Capital Partners is interested in buying Stada
