BUZZ-StanChart: its still winter

** Heavy volumes with more than a $100 mln traded in first hour making it the top-traded UK stock
** StanChart (HKSE: 2888-OL.HK - news) says former JPMorgan investment bank boss Bill Winters will take over as CEO in June to replace embattled boss Peter Sands
