** Thomas Cook (Xetra: A0MR3W - news) down 3.7 pct, among top FTSE midcap losers after Nomura, Natixis (Paris: FR0000120685 - news) cut PT on stock

** Nomura cuts PT to 123p from 135p, keeps "neutral" rating; Natixis cuts PT to 145p from 150p, keeps "buy rating

** Nomura cuts its estimate for FY15 EBIT citing strength of the British pound and impact of events in Tunisia and Greece

** Co warned on Thursday that forex, Tunisia and Greece would hurt profit by 64 million pounds ($100 million)
