** Bernstein cuts Compass Group (Other OTC: CMPGF - news) to "market perform" as despite the company "remains market leader in growth and margin", it sees the stock trading at highest ever relative multiple

** RBC Capital cuts Marks and Spencer to "sector perform", says "we now think it will take longer to turn around its key Food business"

INITIATIONS AND REINSTATEMENTS

** Berenberg initiates Nedap and TKH group (LSE: 0NO1.L - news) with "buy", sees both companies in "a period of strategic change" ** Broker says that despite cos' similarities, TKH is larger and more liquid than Nedap, also sees Nedap's focus on solutions helping it to generate higher profitability
