** Peel Hunt raises Electrocomponents (LSE: ECM.L - news) to "add" from "hold" seeing c.14% upside potential for stock

** Stifel upgrades WH Smith (LSE: SMWH.L - news) to "buy" from "hold" following recent weakness in the share price
