** Tullow Oil (LSE: TLW.L - news) jumps c.4 pct to 4-mth highs & top FTSE 250 riser after international maritime tribunal rules that development at its TEN oil field off the coast of Ghana could continue

** Area caught up in a border dispute with Ivory Coast

** Tullow leads a consortium developing the TEN field & has already drilled the wells it needs to begin production mid-2016
