U.S. stock index e-mini futures fell slightly on Tuesday: Dow Jones industrial average futures were down 0.03 percent at 17,976, S&P 500 futures were down 0.11 percent at 2,091.25 and Nasdaq 100 futures were up 0.11 percent at 4,381.75.

The Greek lender's shares fell after talks between Greece and European partners over country's debt crisis collapsed, raising doubts about Greece's future in the currency bloc.

The chief executive of one of the world's top offshore drilling companies is stepping down and the company is slashing its dividend as business slows on tumbling crude oil prices.

** SOTHEBY'S, Friday close $45.08, -4.25 pct premarket

Cowen and company cut its rating on the auction house's stock to "market perform" from "outperform".

** SAREPTA THERAPEUTICS (Xetra: AB3A.DE - news) , Friday close $12.76, +5.64 pct premarket

Bank of America Merrill Lynch raised its rating on the cell therapy developer's stock to "buy" from "neutral" and increased its price target to $21 from $19.

** INTERCONTINENTAL HOTELS (Other OTC: ICHGF - news) , Friday close $41.37, -4.49 pct premarket

The company, one of the world's largest hoteliers, posted broadly in-line full-year results. But its London-listed shares were heading for their biggest one-day fall since late 2011 and analysts cite stretched valuations as the main catalyst.

Chief Executive Naren Gursahaney expects to increase the home security company's subscriber base in North America this fiscal year, excluding acquisitions, for the first time since it was spun off from Tyco International Plc more than two years ago.

The company said on Tuesday its group sales in Europe rose 5.8 percent year-on-year to more than 63,500 vehicles in January, boosted by strong demand for Jeep sport utility vehicles.

The automaker wants Tencent Holdings Ltd (HKSE: 0700.HK - news) to tailor its popular chatting app for the firm's cars in China, as automakers in the world's largest market vie for drivers that care about high-tech features as much as engine size.

The Canadian company and the Teamsters Canada union have agreed to seek mediated arbitration, ending a one-day strike at the country's No. 2 railway, Canada's labor minister said on Monday.

Phillips 66 Partners LP said it would buy Phillips 66's interests in three pipeline systems for a total of $1.01 billion to expand its operations in Texas.

The company has received 75 claims for compensation for ignition switch defects in its cars last week, bringing the total to 4,312, the official administering the compensation program said on Monday.
