U.S. stock index e-mini futures rose on Tuesday: Dow Jones industrial average futures were up 0.24 percent at 17,724, S&P 500 futures were up 0.27 percent at 2,048 and Nasdaq 100 futures were up 0.30 percent at 4,227.
