BUZZ-UK housebuilders: in the red again

** UK housebuilders under pressure after a trading update from Taylor Wimpey (LSE: TW.L - news) which flags up slowing property market

** TW's update broadly in-line, but co notes lower rate of price growth

** Stock busiest stock on FTSE 100, with around 2/3 of 90-day daily avg volume already traded, followed by Barratt Developments at around 1/3

** Share (LSE: SHRE.L - news) price falls extend those seen Friday when Jefferies added to bearish comments around UK property stocks from brokers as general election year gets underway

** Citi note out Monday broadly positive, with sector supported by a divi yield of about 5.7 pct for 2015 - but valuations looking stretched after strong run in share prices
