** Consultant Savills top riser, up 6.7 pct at levels last seen in 2007 as raises 2014 profit forecast; saw strong performances across its businesses in Dec

** Builder BH 6th-top faller & at lowest levels since Oct; update broadly in-line, but volume will increase at a slower pace in 2015 than 2014

** Numis Secs cuts rating on BH to "add" vs "buy" & reduces its 2015 ests in view of more cautious outlook on volumes
