Canadian refiner signs new crude supply contract with Lukoil - source
NEW YORK, Nov 23 (Reuters) - NARL Refining has inked a new three-year agreement with Russian oil giant Lukoil to supply crude oil to its 115,000 barrel-per-day Come By Chance refinery in Newfoundland, Canada, according to a source familiar with the plant's operations.
