Cap Gemini S.A. takes the legal form of a "European Company" and becomes Capgemini SE
Paris, June 2nd, 2017 - Capgemini, a global leader in consulting, technology and outsourcing services, today announced that Cap Gemini S.A., the Group parent company, has now taken the legal form of a « European Company » (Societas Europaea or SE). At the same time, the Company`s name is aligned with the Group`s brand and becomes Capgemini (one word).
Capgemini will replace Cap Gemini as ticker name on Euronext from June 5th, 2017, the other codes remain unchanged:
