Every person going into a job interview should be prepared to face some tough questions.

Every week, Yahoo Finance UK takes a look at some of the most common questions people have when it comes to stepping up in their professions, in Careers Clinic. This week, we look at hard interview questions.

Difficult questions do not necessarily mean answering technically tough problems. It’s more common that they will be open-ended and leave you vulnerable to slipping up.

These include “what is your biggest weakness” as well as “why are you leaving your current job?”

What you do not want to do is fall into the trap of souring the atmosphere in the interview.
