Centrica announces 2016 maintenance at Rough gas storage site

LONDON, Oct (HKSE: 3366-OL.HK - news) 2 (Reuters) - Centrica (LSE: CNA.L - news) provisionally announced on Friday two periods of maintenance next year at its Rough natural gas storage site.

One will take place from May 1 to Sept. 3, 2016, and will reduce withdrawal capacity by 22 million cubic metres (mcm) per day.

The other will take place from Sept. 3-20, 2016, and reduce withdrawal capacity by 44 mcm/d. The total injection capacity loss is not yet known, Centrica said. (Reporting by Nina Chestney. Editing by Jane Merriman)
