PARIS (Reuters) - The chief financial officer of France's third biggest lender, Societe Generale, is to leave the bank, French newspaper Les Echos reported on Wednesday.

A representative of the bank declined to comment on the report when contacted by Reuters. The bank is due to report its third quarter financial results on Thursday morning.

The CFO, William Kadouch-Chassaing, has been in the post since May 2018.

The newspaper, which did not cite its source for the information, said that Kadouch-Chassaing would be replaced by Claire Dumas, a former Deloitte auditor who has been SocGen's group deputy CFO since September 2017.
