This charming Italian town will pay you to move there
If you've always dreamed of enjoying la dolce vita, this could be the place for you.
Candela, a small medieval town in Puglia, is now paying people to relocate there, CNN Travel reports.
While there are just 2,700 residents living in Candela today, the area in southeastern Italy was home to more than 8,000 people back in the 1990s. So, in an attempt to recover the town's declining population, mayor Nicola Gatta is offering up to €2000 (£1,796) to inspire people to make the move.
