Chartio Adds Twilio as a Data Source, Providing Business Intelligence for Phone, VoIP and Messaging Data

Explore Twilio Data Alongside Other Databases and Data Sources

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Jul 1, 2014) - Today Chartio, the cloud business intelligence company, adds Twilio as a data source to provide customers with additional capabilities for data exploration and visualization. With secure integration of multiple data sources and Chartio's user friendly dashboards, Twilio customers can now manipulate, and interact with their phone, VoIP and/or messaging data in addition to their other business data (Google Analytics, MySQL, Redshift, Oracle as examples) in an easy to use, flexible way.

"We are pleased Chartio has added Twilio to their data sources available for customers," said Lynda Smith, CMO of Twilio. "With this integration into Twilio's usage API, users now have more choice in how they view their data allowing them to better understand and serve their customers."

Zaask uses Twilio to setup a voice solution for customers to request a call back from the sales team. They loved how with Twilio the whole process took less than a day to implement, test and go live. "Now with the integration of Chartio and Twilio, we have the data available in real time for our business team to measure, visualize and analyze the calls and various other business KPIs through few simple clicks," says Kiruba Eswaran CMO and Co-Founder of Zaask.

In addition to Twilio, Chartio connects directly into data sources such as Salesforce, Google Analytics and any relational MySQL database. Chartio's interface allows you to fetch data from different sources and blend them together. Twilio users connected to Chartio can visualize their Twilio data side by side with their other data sources.

"We are focused on bringing more service connections such as Twilio to Chartio," said Dave Fowler, founder and CEO of Chartio. "Chartio is the face of these data sources, allowing customers to drag and drop or write their own SQL queries to find answers to their business questions. Having data sources like these is just another step in providing a robust and powerful business intelligence solution "
