Cheesecake tacos are the latest culinary craze taking over TikTok

A fusion between a classic dessert and a classic meal, cheesecake tacos are the latest culinary craze taking over TikTok. Cheesecake tacos combine the creamy and delicious taste of cheesecake with the texture and hand-held shape of a taco, making them the best of both worlds. From strawberry to Fruity Pebbles, here are five incredible cheesecake taco recipes you won’t be able to stop “taco-ing” about!

Buy, sell or hold? How to decide what to do with a plummeting stock

1. Strawberry crunch cheesecake tacos

For a recipe that packs a fruity punch, look no further than these strawberry cheesecake tacos. Start by taking a large soft taco shell and then using a cookie cutter to carve out two smaller circles. Next, drench each mini taco shell in melted butter and sugar. Then transfer to a taco holder or between the compartments of an upside-down muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. Once cool, coat each taco shell in melted white chocolate and a strawberry crunch topping made from melted butter, crushed golden Oreo cookies and strawberry Jell-O powder. Finally, pipe a cheesecake filling into each taco, and top with freshly cut strawberries.

2. Chocolate crunch cheesecake tacos

No one with a sweet tooth will be able to resist these chocolaty cheesecake tacos. First, coat soft taco shells in melted butter and sugar. Then place them between the compartments of an upside-down muffin tray. Next, bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. Once cool, coat each taco shell in melted chocolate, crushed Oreo cookies and chocolate chips. Finally, pipe a cheesecake filling into the taco shells, top with crushed Oreos and enjoy!

3. Fruity Pebbles cereal cheesecake tacos

Who knew Fruity Pebbles made such a tasty taco shell? Start by combining melted butter, mini marshmallows and Fruity Pebbles cereal in a mixing bowl. Next, transfer the marshmallow-covered Fruity Pebbles to a cutting board lined with parchment paper. Then flatten them. Carve circles out of the flat Fruity Pebbles disc using a cookie cutter. Finally, mold each circle into a taco shape, and fill them with cheesecake filling. Top with strawberries before serving.

4. Snickers churro cheesecake tacos

Snickers is the main character in this cheesecake taco rendition. First, soak soft taco shells in melted butter. Then transfer them to a taco holder, and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. After cooling, coat the taco shell with melted white chocolate, followed by cinnamon and sugar. Finally, pipe in the cheesecake filling, top with Snickers bar bits and enjoy!

5. Cherry cheesecake tacos

This cheesecake taco recipe is “cherry-fic!” Begin by deep-frying soft taco shells in vegetable oil until golden brown. Next, cover the taco shells with brown sugar. Then pipe cheesecake filling into each of them. Finally, top each cheesecake taco with three maraschino cherries before serving.
