China's CNOOC sells one LNG cargo each to BG Group and BP

Sept 18 (Reuters) - China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC (HKSE: 0883.HK - news) ) has sold one liquefied natural gas (LNG) cargo each to BG Group (LSE: BG.L - news) and BP, marking the completion of its first ever sell tender, trade sources said.

CNOOC is selling both cargoes from Australia's newly launched Queensland Curtis export plant.

The first cargo loads in late October and the second in November.
